Marinated coriander & lemon chicken
Ingredients

8 tbs olive oil

2 tsp honey

Juice of 1 lemon

4 tsp Schwartz Chopped Coriander

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 chicken breasts, skinned
Method

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in a refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Place on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with any left-over marinade until cooked throughout.
Salmon fillets can be used as an alternative to chicken.
Makes 4 servings.
