Marinade recipes - our own efforts
Soy, worcester and jam marinade
1. Pour a whole bottle of dark soy sauce into a mixing bowl.
2. Add one tablespoon of plum jam.
3. Add one tablespoon (or less, to taste) of Worcester sauce.
4. Mix thoroughly, ensuring no lumps of jam remain.
5. Pour into a sealable plastic bag, along with food to be marinated, and leave in fridge overnight.
Guinness & Mackeson marinade
1. Pour a can of Guinness into a mixing bowl.
2. Add one can of Mackeson Stout, and whisk ingredients lightly.
3. Pour into a sealable plastic bag, along with food to be marinated, and leave in fridge overnight.
