Sweet and Sour Barbecue Sauce
Makes about 300ml (1/2 pint)
Ingredients

250ml (8 fl oz) tomato ketchup

150ml (1/4 pint) orange marmalade or apricot jam

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Method

Put all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and heat until simmering.

Serve with pork.
