Mexican Salsa
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped

4 spring onions, finely chopped

1/2 tsp Schwartz Chillies Crushed

1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules

2 tsp Schwartz Coriander Leaf

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice
Method

Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with grilled or pan fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany Mexican dishes.
