BBQ sauce recipes

Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped

  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Schwartz Chillies Crushed

  • 1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules

  • 2 tsp Schwartz Coriander Leaf

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together and chill until required. Serve with grilled or pan fried meats, as a dip with tortilla chips or to accompany Mexican dishes.

Makes 4 servings.
