For great results when barbecuing roasts and poultry, cooking with a rotisserie allows food to self baste continuously while turning. This premium quality rotisserie includes a heavy duty battery powered motor (240v adapter available as an optional extra).
Other features include a heavy nickel plated spit (76cm long excluding the handle), heavy duty spit forks, plus a spit balancer to ensure smooth turning and reduce motor wear.
