This is a great way to try out wood smoking. Each sachet contains enough for one use and can be used in the Bbqrs Delight Smoker Pots or wrapped in foil. Just place above the heat and below the cooking surface on either a gas or charcoal barbecue, allow a few minutes for the smoke to start and the grill in the usual way.
